Biography
Kale is an associate attorney at the firm with a focus on oil and gas litigation. He represents landowners, mineral owners, operators, working interest owners, and additional parties in a wide range of oil and gas related issues.
Growing up farming in Hennessey, Oklahoma, Kale was exposed to the oil and gas industry in one way or another for much of his upbringing. He attended Oklahoma State University where he earned a degree in Mathematics. After spending two years working for a bank in Kansas City, Kale returned home to attend law school at the University of Oklahoma. During law school he worked for the Honorable Dana Kuehn at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, published a paper in the Oil and Gas Law Journal, and at the same time earned his Master of Business Administration. Upon graduating with distinction, he spent a year clerking for the Honorable Gregory Blackwell at the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. Kale and his wife currently reside in Edmond.
